Thanks so much for reading and reaching out. Yes — we were meant to connect! My work centers on how to craft meaning and purpose (that is inherently already there) on the individual level. At the same time, I also work with leaders to design environments that elicit the shared craving for meaning. There is some really exciting research going on right now. You are on the right track. The search for purpose is fundamentally human — the uniting trait of our species. It is not optional, but imperative.
